I'm Tricia, Market Manager of the Old Town Emmet Farm Market, and I'm so glad you're here. What began years ago on Emmet Street in Petoskey has grown into a vibrant community gathering - now proudly located at the Friendship Center Parking Lot on Anderson Road in Petoskey, Michigan.

Our market is built around what we love most: homemade, handmade, and homegrown goods, all in a friendly, welcoming space. We proudly support vendors who operate under the Michigan Cottage Food Law (MDARD), making it easy for local, home bakers to showcase their delicious creations. 

​

The market runs every Saturday from May through October, bringing together neighbors, visitors, and local businesses in one lively place. 

You'll find seasonal produce, fresh-baked goods, local honey and maple syrup, unique artisan creations, and handcrafted items - all made right here in Northern Michigan. 

​

We also feature live music, adding warmth to the atmosphere, and we're proud to host visits from the Petoskey American Legion who sell flags in support of our veterans and community and Environmental Health from the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services.

Twice each season, the market hosts special benefit cookouts - on Saturday, July 4th and Labor Day Saturday, September 5th. Brats, hotdogs, pulled pork meal deals. Roasted corn for Labor Day Saturday. Proceeds from these cookouts go directly to support the Friendship Center of Emmet County, helping strengthen the community that makes our market possible.
